Stakeholdering uses qualitative techniques to facilitate groups or obtain input from individuals. Success depends on credibility. Being taken seriously by stakeholders means they will give honest, meaningful input at a more useful level than to someone who they believe wouldn’t understand nuances or background of the issues being explored.
